I stayed one nite and had a very nice stay one nite last year. This last stay one nite April 2025 was not good. Had room that was handicapped and I was solo. L9cks on door inoperable and Joseph at front desk came up and agreed. Guess people staying before me not worried about unlocked doors. So we switched rooms. I loaded up everything again and also ice machine was not working for me. It had sensor to know if cup underneath and then symbols 3 of them on machine. One looked like a teardrop, one a square so assumed ice cube and the other was about 6 tinier teardrops. Pressing cube and holding nothing came out. Joseph took my cup and I guess he managed because he brought it back with ice. Then on to new room. Had motorized shades with no instructions ANYWHERE and poor Joseph trekked back to new room. He 1st said the remote was by tv or shade but was on wall by thermostat in a black box with no indication it was for window shade. I guess you are somehow supposed to automatically know these things. So again Joseph shut the shade and fixed the problem. He was wonderful and very patient. But next came the 2 Queens. Beds were super comfy but very low and very hard to get up from since I have 2 inoperable back fractures. Anyway long review but I won't be staying here again. Not for handicapped people or someone who doesn't have remote shades at home.

This location is close to everything very accessible. New hotel & great hospitality. Everything was spotless! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Great Clean Hotel!! Only Reason For The 4 Instead Of 5 Was Because The TV In Our Room Wasnt Working For About Half A Day. Otherwise Fine

I'm leaving the review and pictures I wish were available when we booked here. I was very impressed with this newer hotel. I've stayed in the area plenty of times before, but this was my first time staying here. Without question, I'll book again. Fresh, clean, modern, and convenient. Walkable to Publix and right off the highway. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was lacking a bit, but my understanding is that they recently lost a staff member who was responsible for that task, so I give grace. The pros definitely outweighed that issue.

Mia and her staff do an excellent job. They are very hospitable & handle guest requests efficiently and effectively. The hotel is brand new - it just opened two months ago. The property is very well maintained and is conveniently located off of I-20. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance.

Loved the king suite for my family of 4! Inuktitut negative thing I can say is that the pool is very small.
