Room 227 water pressure was very weak. The door to the floor is like 2in. So light from the hallway just comes in at night amd you hear everything from the hallway

Room layout was perfect. I love the bathroom design. Clean, staff was on point and very friendly. Definitely will stay there again when we go back to Dothan.

From being able to hear EVERYTHING from ajoining rooms, to lack of lighting in the room, and noisy showers, kids running up and down the halls, it was good we didnt spend alot of time in our room because we would have been miserable.

The facility was amazingly clean and fresh from the time you walked in the foyer. Front desk staff was outstanding and friendly and helpful. They provided rare details for dining options and asked preference for floor and assisted me in getting my Bonvoy number which I didn’t have. The room - outstanding as well - clean, well appointed and comfortable!

breakfast was just ok. the only employee who was not at all interested in the guest happened to be the person serving breakfast. Who I may add talked on her cell phone the entire time and acted rudely if you asked her for anything. Other staff there were great, helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome.

Air conditioning unit ran either too cold or waited until one breaks out in a sweat before turning back on—that is it was uncomfortably cold or too hot which made for a restless night.
