I’ve stayed here a couple times now and never had an issue until now. The staff was friendly as all get out, but the issue lies within the room. First off there was pink stains within the toilet, the door to the room would not fully shut and seal. This allowed the outdoor air to seep into the room. This also allowed for ants and other bugs to move into the room as well. When I first walked in I noticed ants climbing all over the fridge, sink and corners of the walls along with a spider with a web in the upper left corner of the room above the sink. I was extremely disappointed given past experiences and after being bitten by ants while trying to sleep it was unfortunate. I hope it was a bad stay and will be willing to give my business to them in the future, but this stay left a bad taste in my mouth.

The first room I stayed in was giving off a sewer smell 5 o’clock in the morning woke me up out of my sleep then I went out for the day came back and it smelled and worst to the point our room had to get moved. The next room I left a wash clothes on the sink and by the morning it was filled with ants all over the sink and washcloth. The pillows was flat no type of comfort or support and they only gave us 3 pillows very unpleasing I would not stay here again. I stayed 3 nights and I was not at all pleased

Shakira gave great service. The room was clean an it was pretty quiet during my stay next to some of everything in OP. Will definitely book here again if ever needed. The reviews didn’t lie. Best Rooms for your buck. And the cherry on top is Shakira! Thank you again!

Never Again!
The room had been cleaned, however it didn’t feel squeaky clean, and there were roaches. Upon check-in, the front office staff made me feel like I was bothering him versus happy to help. I would like to also note that the TV and Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there I also would like to note that online it says there’s a $20 deposit and it was definitely $50. I also would like to note that the $50 deposit charge went through on my account and is no longer pending, so I don’t think they have any intentions of giving it back so now I have to dispute it. If you’re looking for a quick cheap place to lay your head and do nothing else then it’s the perfect place if you don’t care about being uncomfortable or dealing with bugs.

Wonderful Stay
Quite possibly one of the best stays I’ve had in Jacksonville. I’m down there at least once a month & have stayed at quite a few hotels. This one was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe! Plus the price is great!

床垫很脏,地板也没扫,冰箱也是脏的,房间里没微波炉,也没灯泡。毛巾不知道用了多少年了。你们可以做得更好些,没人愿意花钱睡在肮脏的床垫上,脏镜子、脏水槽,不过浴缸还行。
