Bad smell inside the room. Insufficient room service. No cleaning of room toilet even after request more than 3 hours. Start cleaning after calling to management by asking loudly.

Rooms are good & spacious. Few improvement wrt to housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast was exact same for 3 days of stay.

Breakfast could be better, not enough staff, reception was empty most of the time, water bottles were not refilled daily, had to come myself to collect the water daily

We were allotted a room without ventilation in the toilet, we wake up n septic smell comes from toilet n we were all having stomach problems.

Room was neat, but not provided with towels. The staff were friendly. No restaurant. Booked room with buffet breakfast. But provided normal bfast. Since the hotel is located on the highway, a restaurant is a must.

Neat and clean rooms. All amenities were available. Staff behaviour was so good, very friendly and polite.
