Room was clean but noisy from other rooms showering and flushing toilet. Also disappointed there was no shampoo in the shower. Lastly TV was not working correctly. All the shows showed a purple tint as if TV was dying.

酒店在市中心,位置好;服务好,我们上午10左右到店,顺利办理了入住;房间比较大,干净卫生,无异味;第一天到一楼吃了早餐,17美元每人,加上税18美元多,早餐有热麦片,面包,水果等,品种不多,后两天早餐就自己买了麦片、面包解决了。
酒店还行,但是:
隔音效果太差了,走廊上和外面的声音一清二楚。
房间打扫得很糟糕,入住的时候就很脏。
很棒的酒店,员工也很友善。
位置很好,去圣十字教堂很方便!非常干净。前台员工很友好。
办理入住时,前台那位女士态度粗鲁、冷漠,而且一点也不帮忙。作为万豪旅享家会员,我提前预约了下午1点延迟退房。从纽约开了5个小时的车过来后,前台那位女士却告诉我她没看到任何延迟退房的备注,说我肯定记错了。拜托,如果会员兼顾客告诉你她已经安排好了,难道你们要指责顾客撒谎吗?这显然是万豪的失误,但她却没有试图弥补。我要求见经理。出来一位男士说他最多只能安排到12点半,不能安排到下午1点。真的吗?我们要为这点小事争论30分钟。第二天早上醒来,前台那位女士的态度就友好多了,也很热情。她立刻帮我办理了退房手续,并说下午1点没问题。酒店员工真的需要好好反省一下。你们经营的是一家企业,肩负着良好的声誉,应该好好维护自己的形象。长途驾驶后激怒和侮辱顾客是不可接受的:
房间确实很棒。然而,工作人员对半夜发生的严重扰民事件却置之不理——有人在房间里打架,有人在走廊里跑来跑去,还有人摔门。我们还没退房,一个清洁工就进了我们的房间,几乎没敲门就走了进来。不过,房间本身确实很漂亮。
我们深夜抵达小镇,参加清晨的仪式。办理入住时,Zach 非常热情友好。停车很方便,房间和整个酒店的氛围都很棒。明年还会入住!
