I stayed here over a week ago. Let’s just say nothing is going to be perfect in every room. But the FD Mgr. Kasey L was very instrumental in making wrongs right. Her pleasant and helpful personality and kind assistance was very much appreciated. She made my stay a very good one. Thank you Kasey L!

Stayed here several times for business. Hotel charged me a $150 smoking fee although I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels and have never had a history of any smoking in rooms. Complete scam and refused to refund. Housekeeping manager lied and said there was a cloud of smoke in the room which never happened. Also during one stay I had to move rooms 3 times because of an insane number of stink bugs in the room.

This establishment charges a non-refundable $125 per fee EVEN FOR SERVICE ANIMALS. They have no soul. Called and spoke to Joshua. He verified their pet policy and stated they “make no exceptions die service animals.”

We booked a reservation through a 3rd party website about a month before our reservation date. Two days before the trip, the hotel contacted us BY EMAIL to tell us they cancelled our reservation due to overbooking. Since we were traveling with a large group, I knew that there were parties that booked after us that were not bumped. The hotel staff found us another room at a different hotel about a mile away, offered nothing else for our troubles. Hotel policies that allow overbooking and to bump 3rd party website reservations first is not customer-service friendly.

The hospitality was wonderful from the front desk staff. However the property could use updating. Otherwise the accommodation fit what we needed.

Nice but not perfect
I am a BONVoY member, but forgot it.
I wish receptionist should check it.
The towel hanger in the bathroom was broken and looked like it was about to fall off.
The shower room door was half open, so the floor got flooded.

Excellent place! Service is fantastic and the staff couldn't be better. I had several problems during that time and they were more then accommodating, over the top helpful! I recommend this place to everyone.

I must say that I was not happy. When I saw how unkept my room was at check-in ,but I am a VERY OCD person. I bring my own cleaning supplies to clean any hotel room, that I stay in. I would like to give a shout out to Frank,and Amber for making contacting their GM, and making the situation better! Sherry, Trish, and Josh were very friendly to be around during my stay! I will stay again!
