我的住宿体验总体不错。不过，我想补充三点。我房间的空调滤网需要更换。房间里有一股霉味。床垫和枕头需要升级。我一躺上床，床垫就凹陷了。枕头支撑性不好。我不得不用两三个枕头来支撑，才能舒服些。
朋友的葬礼💔
为了参加朋友的葬礼，我们去了罗利，因为地理位置优越而选择了费尔菲尔德酒店，事实证明这是最棒的决定。酒店位置便利，而且我们在那里住了四天，还享用了免费早餐。
房间很干净。工作人员都很友好。早餐种类丰富。从酒店开车到各个地方都很近。我肯定会再来这里住的。唯一的缺点是我们入住期间泳池一直关闭。我们到的那天他们就把泳池注满，所以不确定是不是因为旺季才开放的。
我在这家酒店住了一个星期（从周六到周六）。那段时间，我只享受了一次清洁服务。第四天之后，我不得不自己去找清洁人员拿干净的毛巾。我期待更好的服务。
热情周到的员工，令人神清气爽的入住体验
漫长的一天，加上在暴风雨中漫长的车程，让我倍感煎熬。抵达酒店时，我偏头痛发作，精疲力竭，饥肠辘辘。一位同事推荐了这家酒店——我特别需要一个步入式淋浴间——并提到她认为他们有客房服务。当我向前台工作人员询问客房服务时，她好心地解释说，他们没有提供客房服务，但有一个小食品储藏室，里面有一些可以购买的食品。可惜的是，由于饮食限制，我无法使用客房服务。她看出我非常需要一顿美餐，毫不犹豫地提出可以走到隔壁帮我带点东西回来。她非常热情周到，真诚地向我保证不会麻烦——她很乐意直接送到我的房间。她的好意让我非常感动。我向她道谢，并说如果她能指点方向，呼吸新鲜空气或许对我有好处。我把东西放在房间里，就出门了。那段短暂的散步，凉爽的夜晚空气，加上美味的食物，让我整个晚上都精神焕发。感觉好多了。我再次感谢她，然后就去睡觉了。房间干净舒适，步入式淋浴间更是锦上添花。洗了个长长的热水澡后，我睡得像个吃了美林的长牙宝宝一样香甜。早上我甚至又洗了个澡，感觉神清气爽，精神抖擞地开始了新的一天。退房前，我又喝了一杯香浓的咖啡，完美地结束了一天。强烈推荐这家酒店！
员工友善，房间干净，早餐美味。房子看起来很新。维护方面还有待改进。窗帘掉了一半，马桶一直在流水，空调声音也很大。
