Haven't had my charge to my card for incidentals released. This is a problem I have never had in the past. Fairfield Inn was quick to charge my card but won't reverse the charge. This is extremely inconvenient. There was no one at the front desk when I was checking out. I had to be at the hospital early (at 5 30 am), so I waited at the front desk from about 510-515 am. Finally had to leave my key cards on the desk. I was emailed a receipt that I checked out and had a ZERO balance at 539 am. So when will my money be returned to my card?

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. With incidentals, it takes 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution to return back to your card. Also, do apologize that no one was at the front desk, around the time that you came down our Night Auditor was in the kitchen preparing breakfast at that time. The entire staff were awesome!! And the stay was great , very clean room , great cleaning and the continental breakfast was wonderful along with wonderful service! We will definitely be back! 😊

It was busy on Saturday during breakfast - the woman manning the area seemed like she could of really used someone else working with her to assist.

This property is supposedly under construction. Carpet at entrance to our room was ripped. Arms were broken on the desk chair. They did bring a new desk chair promptly when I called. Room was near an elevator and many young people running around and talking loudly during first night. I should have called the desk. I spoke to the young people in the morning and it was quiet our second night. Would not stay there again.

The breakfast was very limited. Our biggest complaint was the shower pressure or maybe the lack of it! Without exaggeration It was the worst I've ever experience, i can go on about this but c'mon, rwally?
