The elevator was broke and they put me on the top floor with no help walking my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. When i requested a discount, front desk clerk laughed.

The staff was friendly & the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The only negative that I have is that I paid for an accessible room & when I checked in, it wasn't available. As a person who has a disability, if the room type wasn't available, it shouldn't have been listed as an option to book it. I only stayed 1 night & I'm glad it didn't affect my stay. Overall, I would stay here again.

Hallway carpets could have been vacuumed more often as we were there a week and never noticed them being cleaned l meant to tell front desk at check out but forgot that the toilet needs a new flapper as the tank was always filling every couple of minutes and the shower doors need to be adjusted square to wall because water leaks out .

Clean and great location with a not so great pool!

This hotel is on the newer side. It is clean. The elevator was a bit bouncy and 1 of our teamates was stuck on it for a few minutes. The pool was not impressive at all!! The pool water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool looked like the paint was wearing off. The room where the pool is is hot and very noisy. 3 kids in the pool and the echo made it sound like 23 kids. The location is great and close to plenty of food and shopping options.
