Pet friendly, clean room, nice staff, but lots of noise all hours, and housekeeping walked in room multiple times unannounced and did not knock first....

I love this place. Everyone is so sweet. They keep the property spotless. They clean the rooms everyday if you like. The only issue I had was the roaches which is not their fault people need to make sure their things are not infested before moving them in and the door by the stairs people kept letting it slam instead of holding it and closing it and it shakes the whole wall and it’s very annoying. Other then that these past few months have been wonderful

枕头又薄又硬，毛巾又旧又难看，服务员的服务很好，前台也很好，酒店安静干净，房间钥匙总是出问题，你得不停地跑到前台，但我们还是会再来的，这里非常干净
我们掀开女儿的被子，发现床单上有面包屑和体毛。我们换了床单。电视画面模糊，而且调到最大画质。怎么调整都改善不了糟糕的画质。两张床之间的储物柜底部也坏了。幸好冰箱、炉灶、微波炉和空调都能用。浴室也一切正常。停车场灯火通明，即使拉上窗帘也能照进房间。
******* 上显示，如果在前一天下午 6 点之前取消预订，则无需付费。我最终因胸痛和心率过快住院。我取消预订是成功的。现在 ******* 说我不能退款，因为酒店的政策不同。我原本计划住在凯蒂，是因为要去参加休斯顿拼布节，但因为要住院。我很遗憾不能去参加我一直期待的节日了。
我可以提供住院记录，以证明我没有撒谎说我生病住院。
