Room was not prepared according to what was detailed online. No working WiFi. Jacuzzi took 2 hours to even start warming up. We were instructed to not go on the outside net for safety purposes. Staff was very nice, but simply could not help. Very pretty view but very disappointing experience.

The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful

太糟糕了！！简直是骗子！！！我通过平台预订了房间，预订也确认了，付款也通过平台完成了。然后他们通过WhatsApp告诉我，我还要再付一次钱！！！我当然拒绝了。他们没有通过平台取消我的预订，但却拒绝我入住。我通过平台付了钱，他们却没给我房间。我钱没了，预订也没成功。太糟糕了！我强烈不推荐他们！他们根本不可信！他们就是想骗你的钱。
我们收到的服务与我们在网站上查看他们提供的优惠时所理解的服务相差甚远，这就是为什么收费对我们来说似乎过高。没有停车位；没有停车位；进入房间的通道不安全；周围环境无需维护；早餐质量差。
