There are microwaves and mini fridge in pictures and listed in what was included but not actually in rooms. One room the door didn’t latch so I had to get a new room. The rooms seemed to be “half- assed cleaned, the floor wasn’t swept and bathtubs were not cleaned out, and the bedding on one of the two beds was not clean/ changed. I think the housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.
The front desk staff were great and very understanding and accommodating. They were very nice and welcoming and easy to talk to.

Room was pretty clean. Bed was great! Toilet didn't flush. No shampoo! Grounds were disgustingly ... trash was overflowing and cigarette butts everywhere. Dirty!

This was honestly the worst hotel stay I can remember. The woman at the front desk was nice, but I checked into my room and went from disappointed to disgusted to alarmed pretty quickly--there were not enough towels and the bathroom was not clean, which is one thing, but there was literally s**t on the floor. I went back with pictures and was moved to a different room, where I discovered that the shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall--loose and sagging. I was really tired and not dying to move all my stuff again but I went back to report on the shower curtain thing (because I did not want to get charged for that) and the woman just rolled her eyes and said yeah, we know about that but maintenance has not gotten around to fixing it. Later I discovered that the heater did not work and I was freezing, but was already in bed and just didn't feel like trying to get help (which I didn't expect would be forthcoming anyhow). I realize this is a cheap motel and I didn't have high expectations, but...ugh.
