What can improve; staff told us to not touch the thermostats. Sheets were dity. Dead bugs in the room. Dishes were dirty. A lot of things were broken in the room and falling apart.

It is an old motel and that's not been kept up as well as it could have been. There was not any soap or shampoo in the room

The toilet still had evidence of the previous occupant and the room smelled like mold. When my husband told staff we could not stay there five minutes after checking in, they would only refund one night's stay - they told him that was Expedia's rules. I will not use ******* again.

It was a place to sleep the room was uneven the shower plug wasnt attached to the shower it was just laying on the bottom of the shower

I never even checked in. But I was charged .
I called and canceled. My itinerary changed last minute because of a friends family emergency.
I feel like i was ripped off and robbed

Bedbugs!!! Do not stay here. The room was disgusting. I’m not a high class girl, but I expect to the room to at least be clean, and the bedding to be washed. Absolutely horrified to pull the bedding and find a bed bug and stains on the bedding.

Nice location, looks good on the outside, easy parking, bed good, shower good, comfortable interior temperature and pleasant atmosphere (air), service very good. Negatives- toilet seat loose, bathroom door drags on floor, tv had lines through screen and refrigerator worked but bably yellowed. Overall would stay again because of good price, location and service.
