We stayed at Oong Lee for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and luxurious, with a beautiful view. You can see the Kanchenjunga range clearly from the property. Wonderful hospitality- there was always someone to help us when we needed anything, whether it was hot tea at the end of a day of traveling or guidance on sightseeing options, or even help with arranging transport. Good, hearty and healthy Breakfast and Dinner. One of the best bonfire and barbecues I have been at- you can't beat the bamboo-cooked items. We sang and partied well into the night with our fantastic hosts.

We had a stay for 2 days and liked this property very much. We stayed at Onglee cottage which gave a beautiful view from the bed itself as you get to see the mountains as soon as you wake up. That was a wonderful experience. Mr Nigam and other staff were very polite and helpful for anything we have asked for. Its located in a very quite location away from hustle bustle of the city. Another thing I liked was the farm to table experience where you get to have local cuisine made from vegetables from their local farms. Definitely recommended for people who need a quite serene location with privacy and who are fond of having local cuisine as well. Thanks Artmile for your great hospitality.

Nestled between lush green forests, Art Mile is a quaint hotel with cottages which blends with the mountains making it an idyllic place to detoxify from the city life. Staff treating you like family, food straight from their garden, waking up to birdsong, and opening your eyes to a view of the vast Himalayan ranges; what more can a city slicker want from a break from the daily city grind.

We enjoyed so much our visit to the Art Mile! This place is a colourful, simple yet really smart and creative fusion between true local traditions and innovation, with an international edge. Cosy apartments enclosed in a lush vegetation on the hills just below the Himalaya - built in harmony with nature and with the comforts you need (including of course Wi-Fi.) We enjoyed delicious food prepared with local vegetables and recipes. Recommended.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Art Mile... I loved the view of the mountains from our room and being one with nature! Even though it was raining ...it was just perfect with the lovely streams and beautiful misty clouds. Waking up in the morning to the melodious bird whistles and breathing in the fresh air and watching the clouds roll over the misty mountains was the best experience ever. I loved the sound of the stream as it flowed next to our room. Each house has an interesting name in the local language. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful by coming to pick us up when we got lost on the way. The rooms have a beautiful view and are very quaint and comfortable with a lovely woody aroma. They offed local traditional food which is absolutely delicious... not to forget Tongba drink, which is a must try. I loved how the houses were made with thatched roofs and insuled walls. it is just prefect for nature lovers.

ART MILE, Kalimpong - A walk in nature. My first time experience in that part of the world, when we visited in the first week of February. The atmosphere was absolutely pleasant, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed some old fashioned things like fresh air, sunshine, clear blue skies and starry nights. The cute little cottages were so cosy, comfortable and self contained, where the modern amenities and local culture meet. The service that we received was exceptional, prompt and praiseworthy. The hospitality team - humble Virgil, swift Nigam, charming Lyangsome and sweet smiling Nikku made us feel at home. Enjoyed the tasty & organic food cooked at the resort gave us an opportunity to taste local cuisine which we relished everyday. Also walking thru the streets of Chibboo we met some warm welcoming people. All In all an amazing experience! Thanks Virgil- for the ambition, drive & spirit to erect Art Mile and thanks to Art Mile Team for the lovely hospitality and incredible experience. Wishing you all the best for the future💐

Art Mile...the traditional Lepcha homestay nestled in the serene hills of upper Chibbo was an absolute delight... From the warm hospitality to the authentic local cuisine, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The charming architecture and rustic decor added to the immersive cultural experience... Thank you so much for the invitation... I highly recommend for those seeking an authentic retreat in the lap of nature...
