Our room was very cheap and didn't have any windows. We couldn't figure out how to cut the air off and it was very cold. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Our first room faced the street and there was a guy in a truck with some sort of dj booth set up on the sidewalk who decided to blast music all night long. The staff wasn’t the greatest. They just lacked hotel personality but they were able to move us to an interior room with no windows.

So close to all the action. Best, beignets in the city were right around the corner. The hotels staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy couldn't have been better

This place was wonderful! The staff were so kind and helpful and always pleasant to chat with. The rooms were spacious and clean, and when we asked for extra things like towels, blankets, and pillows, they were very responsive and quick to provide. Its location off Canal Street was very convenient and Bourbon St and Royal St were easily walkable from the hotel. I greatly enjoyed my time at this hotel, and I will be sure to return!

The TV didn't work right from the start. The front desk laughed and said this happens all the time and gave me a 4 step card on how to fix it. It's not my job to reboot a TV and input a code. The front desk also told us there's cereal and coffee in the morning. Came down in the morning and there's no milk so they said no cereal. Good luck sleeping... sounds like bourbon street is right outside your window. You will not sleep peacefully at all. Every car, ambulance, person shouting, you'll hear. Overall this place is pretty and new but all the other negatives make me regret staying here. I will never return.

酒店回复: I am sorry the noise in Downtown New Orleans was loud. We are centrally located on the 2nd busiest intersection in the City and 1 block from Bourbon St. (Known for it's lively night life). We are aware of the TV situation and have been working with our tech team to resolve this. The guide we provided is something to give our guests to avoid having the staff enter your room to reset the tv as the steps take approximately 60 seconds. If you are looking for a quieter New Orleans Experience, I would suggest our Superior Room (on the interior of the building with no view).

This hotel was safe and convenient to everything. Valet parking was great and the hotel employees were super nice and accommodating. The things i didn't like: Beds were terrible as far as comfort goes and you can hear EVERYTHING. The building has central AC so there are no fans running to reduce the outside noise. Tv wouldn't work either. Other than sleeping, everything else was great. I'm not sure if I'd stay here again.
