I reserved a room and when I turned up at the hotel I was there was no room available. What does a reservation mean? I was very unhappy as I had to find another hotel room at very short notice.I was also told I had to claim back my money on *******.

Will never go back
I will probably never go back there again.
There were a huge number of ants, they were everywhere, and I think most of them decided to travel with us.
There is not a single shelf or hanger in the rooms for our clothes, towels, etc.
The mattress was sagging, probably from long use
The air conditioner was broken and the room was very cold.
Trains passed by the hotel all night, always honking. Traffic also added noise all night.
On a positive note, all the furniture, TV, plumbing are new and the entire room has been recently renovated.

The room was impeccable, the property was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. You will not get better for this price.

Very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Just two things I'd consider to add: small desk to work with laptop, and night light (just a simple cheap lamp at the bed side).

Great place very comfortable. Just needs a closet to hang clothes and few more towels for each room. Otherwise it was wonderful.

I love staying here And the stuff are really kind and helpful.
