The room was quite rundown. There was no tap handle on the bathroom sink, and the washing machine was leaking, which left the bathroom floor constantly wet.
The signage for the property was also poor and made it difficult to find the entry. Once inside, there were no instructions provided about how to access or use the other amenities. Plus the room only had two towels when it was an apartment that slept for people.
The staff were very helpful when I called however I had to call a few times.

Spotless room, modern and bright. Good shower, smart TV, nice balcony views, fantastic location. Good shower. Everything you could need for a short stay. Staff were very helpfull and available when we had questions. Will absolutely book again for our next Melbourne getaway.

The room is very run down and not in good condition. Tiles broken and shabby, carpet loose in lounge room, basically needs a refresh. Blockout blinds missing so got woken up by sunrise each day! Taps constantly dropping and tap handles stiff and difficult to use. Needs improvement ASAP. Would not stay again.

We stayed in Room 404 which was really basic. It is just a concrete & steel box with no interesting decor or style at all. It would benefit from a bit of love from the owner. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel. Only feedback is couldn’t use tv as it didn’t work. I think just flat remote batteries
服务糟透了，没拿到泳池和健身房的通行证，打电话去要，结果也没用。他们说停车费一天28美元，结果不到24小时就被收了50多美元。没有任何说明，还莫名其妙地加了一些费用。以后绝对不会再住这家了。
很容易到达，关于锁箱的说明非常好。毛巾/床上用品干净舒适。如果能装上厨房水槽的插头就更好了，浴室里也有一些小架子可以用来存放物品。地理位置优越，靠近电车
