酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It appears that there was some misunderstanding regarding our pet policy and the type of room you needed, and we are very sorry for that. The reservation you booked and paid for through ******* was for our Standard Double Queen Studio Suite and there were no notes of needing an ADA accessible room. Our hotel offers ADA accessible double queen rooms on each floor, except the 1st floor. While we do not have double queen rooms located on our 1st floor, we do have king bedrooms with a sofa bed that are wheelchair accessible. We offered to move you, however you declined and decided to checkout instead. Unfortunately, since you occupied room 218 for approximately 4 hours and our Housekeeping team had already gone for the day, we are not able to issue a refund.

员工培训不足

他们给我安排了一间楼上的房间,里面住着一个坐轮椅的残疾儿童……几个小时后我不得不离开,因为担心万一发生紧急情况,我没法带孩子下楼……他们不肯退款……
床单有脚臭味,好像自从上一位顾客之后就没有改变过,我们不得不要求换新床单,自己动手,还有枕套,甚至枕头的味道都很难闻。
我们的房间在一楼,靠近电梯,不太方便。我们听到了从大厅里的人到制冰机的一切声音。我们还需要一个额外的枕头,但前台却找不到任何人。我们有一张特大号床,只有两个枕头!我可能有点夸张,但谁会在一张特大号床上只放两个枕头呢?总的来说,酒店很干净,房间很宽敞,欧陆式早餐很棒。
房间很漂亮,干净。停车位有点紧张但是足够了。早餐可以更好,但已经足够了。该物业非常新,而且看起来仍然很新。
