Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower great and everything worked. After a long days drive we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and were surprised it was so good. The check in lady, however was trying to put us in 2 queens when we specifically reserved a king. We finally got a king but she was not apologetic at all.

The bed was absolutely terrible. Felt like we were in a bowl. We were unable to sleep.

Newer facility, nice stay. The facility was out in a residential area, I guess they are planning on the area to expand.
清洁人员来到我们房间，却没有打扫，也没有提供干净的毛巾。浴室地板上有一块脏毛巾，之前我们用它擦过洒出来的液体，然后防止浴室推拉门关上后自己滑开。“清洁”人员把地板上的脏毛巾叠起来，放在台面上一块干净的毛巾上。真是太恶心了。
我们早上还要求换个硬一点的枕头，但到晚上也没收到。我们打电话给前台，她拿来了一个，但找不到另一个。
入住时间不满意
由于无法提前入住，我们感到很不满意。即使我们打电话申请了，但标准入住时间为下午3点，房间仍然没有准备好。大堂看起来就像机场一样，女士们不得不在大堂的卫生间洗澡，准备参加下午的活动。
酒店干净整洁，房间也干净。有几个USB接口坏了，健身房的跑步机也坏了。
