The room was cutely decorated, clean, and super cozy! Staff was helpful! And the hotel had a bike trail right behind it and restaurants nearby.
Everyone was great! The only downside was my shower’s water wouldn’t get too warm. :/
Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!

The hotel gave us the wrong room & refused to correct their error, giving us a small bed even thought we booked a king bed. The carpet on the 3rd floor was tattered & torn in the hallway. Our shower had mold in the corners & along the sides. The paint was scraped on the walls. It’s obvious that they don’t maintain their property well. The staff was not receptive nor even attempted to correct their error. There’s no way I would recommend this facility.

Could hear everyone walking in hotel from your room. The surrounding area did not feel safe.
这里非常适合家庭、老年人或独自旅行的旅客。房间宽敞干净。酒店工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。早餐还行，基本食物还可以……饼干也不错。
酒店不错，但也有问题。
我入住期间遇到的主要问题是，办理入住时，前台女士给我的钥匙不能用。我回去告诉她，她查了我的信息，然后给了我一个完全不同的房间。我不知道她为什么只是为了解决钥匙问题就换了房间，但我猜她给我们的房间已经分配给别人了。
我之前还付了钱订了带无障碍淋浴间的房间，但她给我的房间就是普通淋浴间，但当时我太累了，只能接受命运的安排，我订不到我付钱的房间了。
我楼上的客人还有孩子，他们在房间里蹦蹦跳跳地跑了好几个小时，我投诉后也没人管。酒店还允许携带宠物，作为一个对动物高度过敏的人，我撞到了三只狗，不得不带着电梯下去。
我们厨房的水槽掉到了柜台下面，当时里面满是热水，浸泡了一些脏盘子，整个房间都被水淹没了，当我下楼到前台报告情况时，他们告诉我他们无能为力，不能给我们换房间，只给了我们 4 条毛巾，并表示抱歉，然后就让我走了。这根本无法接受。
价格实惠，很棒的地方。距离市中心15分钟路程。我们只住了两晚，但考虑到冰箱、微波炉和独立水槽，如果住更长时间会很棒。
