The room was nice and clean, there was no info or tv guide, and the phone in the room wasn’t working. The buttons for the front desk or housekeeping didn’t work. In the bathroom the bath tub did not look clean.
The breakfast food that suppose to be hot was cold, and the sausage was burnt. The grits were too soft and the muffins were small.

Good breakfast and consistent with stocking food. Clean rooms but beds were a little uncomfortable. Minimal storage but overall a great stay. Will definitely return if ever in town.

This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

The staff was very personable and professional food choices could be a lot better, but everything was great. Maybe choose a better type of coffee, very bland.
Overall day was great. The room was wonderful. Everything was intact.
除了ADA淋浴间，其他一切都很好。浴室地面不平，我们洗澡的时候整个浴室都湿透了。
抵达时，船员们的服务简直太棒了！Jada、Mike 和其他工作人员都非常出色。所有问题都得到了解答，所有顾虑也都得到了解决。早餐很棒，地理位置也绝佳。
酒店就在沃尔玛后面。附近没有餐馆。住宿干净、实用。非常宽敞的房间。不错的浴室。 推荐住一晚。
