The front desk ladies were rude. The outside was surrounded with homeless looking people.

The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'.

Worst mistake booking here the place smells like trash and cigarette. There were roaches in the room , not water pressure on the restroom sink

New and already dirty
I thought because of being a renewed facility, it was going to be cleaner, but the hallways were nasty, it was super noisy, you could hear the next door guests at all times. Beds were clean at least and the lady at the front desk was very sweet, but most likely not staying there again

It was nasty rooms had a bad odor and had roaches and bed bugs it was not satisfactory at all and should have been reimbursed for how nasty they was now have to check all my luggage for roaches had a family member woke up with roaches in her purse would never stay here again kids woke up with bites from bed bugs horrible.

Never Stay here
This property was very bad! Didn't feel safe, not clean, bugs, and when I went to management kept getting pushed off. Couldn't even stay what was prepaid due to the condition. Checked out and tried to get with the manager, and they kept saying not there and unavailable

This place was horrible, to start when we go in to check in to the studio 6 there’s no one is the lobby at any time we had to walk across to the other building to check in or with any other assistants. We get our keycards and head to the top floor where the hallway smelled absolutely horrible at all times. We make it into our room where we notice the room doesn’t match the pictures in the listing, the room is smaller than advertised and is missing furniture. The cleanliness of the room was also bad, the microwave was very dirty and had dirty napkins in it, the sink had chunks of food, there was left over food in the fridge, and the lights above the beds were filled with dirt and trash. The toilet in the restroom was clogged when we got there so we had to wait for maintenance to fix it. Room service was subpar as well, they cleaned the restroom and did the bed but they still left the microwave, fridge, sink in the same condition it had been. On our final night there we enter the building and try to key into our room but neither key would work at all, we head across to the other building where the worker re program the keys without any confrontation. The key still did not work when we got to our room so we head back down to speak with the worker, turns out she misheard the room number and gave us the keys to someone else’s room without any sort confirmation it was our room. Overall this was a horrible experience, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at I would not recommend it.
