尼斯完美酒店,天花板级别。
刚从尼斯Radssion Blu和巴黎半岛酒店住完,完完全全不一样的体验。
来到这个酒店让我内心平静又充盈,酒店人员都很热情礼貌。
酒店的味道我要给11/10分,太好闻了,我在撕掉香皂包装后在洗完手又捡起来拍照希望得知都是什么味道,洗护产品都是中样方便我们带走,睡觉期间满满草本香味。
酒店干净充满神性和艺术气息,把17世纪元素和现代物品结合的很好,没有电视却有三展窗户和一个阳台,看的人心情超级棒。
唯一美中不足是酒店地址与打车下车点并不一致,作为携程黑钻先去问了私人客服,回答酒店回复就按照地址下车就好,而我下车与目的地需要步行11分钟(我拿了三个行李箱)。到现在也不知道是酒店回答问题还是私人客服出了问题。
反正预定的宝宝们小心一点,正确的下车地址是2 Rue Centrale,然后call酒店的接驳车来接,不要定位到1 Rue!!!
我来三次尼斯了,第一次入住这个酒店。但我认为我第四次来尼斯时肯定会优先第一选择这家酒店,真的可以给人带来幸福。
提前一周发邮件说明过5周年纪念日,到店以后没有布置,又和带领办理入住的小哥问或者有没有小蛋糕之类的,嘴上答应了晚上回房间也没有,夜床敲门我们要了饮用水到睡着了都没送来,所谓管家服务一点没有体会到。
非常推荐住suite,体验感会很好。圣诞前来的,天气很给力。服务没话说,从头到尾都非常好,room service很准时,酒店内的餐厅蛮好的,但是还有一个餐厅在酒店外面的拐角,那家很一般。还有就是房间隔音,可能是因为修道院的原因,靠着门的隔音有点差,考验邻居素质,但是基本还是非常的安静的!最后一天酒店也同意我们看房的请求,带我们参观了不同房型,每个suite房型都是独一无二的。总体来说蛮好的,已收藏,下次还会住哈哈。
我们打车去的酒店,到的位置还是需要让酒店接驳车来接的,自己如果有行李走上来会很辛苦。位置真的很好,不管去海边还是到上边的观景台都很方便。
酒店工作人员态度非常好,会有欢迎饮品和点心,行李也会帮忙送到房间。
房间整体风格不错,房卡也很有特色,早餐不是自助的,都是安排好的套餐,量有些大,一人份很难吃得完,不过口味很好。
整体是一次很好的体验。
在老城里,驾车去酒店有些困难。房间面积不是很大,装修风格极简,设备齐全,有些陈旧感,倒是与酒店名字相符,酒店服务很好,可以帮你将行业送到位。
开始分到一间比较偏的房子,走廊灯光昏暗,我有些害怕😱要求换房间。之后,一切完美。客房、前台、门童都非常nice。

水疗室的每一个细节都很动人 一定要感受~
但其实感觉酒店整体有些小,并没有太多实际可用的公区。以及房间真的有点开盲盒,结构和景观等等都差很多,一开始安排到比较差的不太有采光的很差的房间,几乎使人压抑那种感觉。但沟通过后还是帮我们换到了一个有小阳台的房间,虽然对着对面楼没有任何景观。
基础设施是真的用心,各种各种细节与巧思。
但对于这个价格,讲真感觉不太值得,是最近觉得花的很不舒适的钱了。
整体服务看似热情洋溢,但是其实还是能感觉到对亚洲面孔的区别对待。莫名的无法放松,其实是感觉并不舒适的两天。最热情友好的应该是checkin时,但也并没有原本说的酒店tour等等,check out时等了很久,几乎无人理会。
酒店因为在老城,Uber司机都说开不进来,拎行李很辛苦,后来离开时咨询能不能使用buggy服务(行李很多)往旁边的拉彼鲁兹酒店(小车车其实只要三分钟),他们只是明确得表示不行,只能来回他们的一个固定接送点,能提供的帮助只是帮忙叫taxi(但其实我步行努力都只是几分钟需要叫什么taxi)
因为上周刚从某一家安缦过来,真的感觉服务还是差太多的。安缦更贵但是服务永远都是让人觉得真正值得。这家显然不是。
这是一次令人惊艳的住宿体验,我打10分(满分10分)。非常独特的经历。如果你喜欢那种比较安静的小型酒店,这里绝对是你的不二之选。他们的水疗中心也真是太棒了!
房间卫生水平很差 床单很多污渍血渍。走前一天跟前台说6:40帮忙拿行李然后送到山下 结果临出发了说7点门童才上班 那我请问呢昨天为啥不告诉我 一路拿着大箱子狂奔
酒店非常美,法式风情浓郁。入住期间唯一不满意、疑惑的是,在酒店散步时被一名只会说法语的职员查看房卡、询问房间号,但同行的老外并没有被要求。我只能理解为,也许入住的亚洲面孔比较少?但在这样档位的酒店,我认为不应该出现这样的情况。毕竟酒店是公众场合,同时也有对外的餐厅,不是只有入住的客人才可以进入。
