大堂很气派,给升级了水景房,房间很大风景不错能看见日出,酒店在路尽头比较安静,就是过来经常会堵车,早餐丰盛味道不错,大厅时不时还有钢琴和竖琴表演,住了几天,服务员有时候会忘了放牙具和洗脸巾,房间没有晾衣绳,不干洗晒衣服有点不方便,其他都还不错
体验非常之差,节日2k多一晚,平时800我都嫌贵了。
床品质量很差,往里凹,软的那边简直是一点支撑也没有。电视很小,躺床上根本看不清,节目基本没啥能看的,没有投屏。
厕所的马桶坐感非常差,很硬,卫生纸离马桶2米我得起身去抽无语谁设计的??
浴室排水也很差会顺着门流到外面到处都是。
景色:大工地,自己看吧,也不能开窗
早餐厅一股油味,做煎蛋的地方连排风也没有。口味就这样普通。
离地铁站走10分钟,离机场开车就7分钟也没有班车。
整体就是处处透着省钱,3星不能再多了
这次来迪拜是陪家人商务旅游并度假 选择很久订下这家有厨房有露台的酒店小住一段时间 刚到达酒店遇到一点小插曲 房型与预定的不相符 经过沟通后还是给回我们预定的房型 最让我们感谢的是因为是凌晨飞机 酒店同意免费到下午四点退房 很棒的酒店 很温暖的服务团队 让我们有家的感觉❤️

我对万豪还是有点期待的,毕竟是5星级怎么也差不了哪里去吧?怎么知道我们太让我们失望了!
首先我们凌晨的飞机到达迪拜,入住后发现洗手盘地下浴缸哪里都有头发!!!怎么卫生管理的如何差,其次空调特别冷!怎么都调不上去,当天真的很累很累,又倒时差直接洗个澡睡觉了。最重要的来了,没办法睡个好觉,床是那种超级软,软到直接塔进去,侧着睡,睡着睡着都要摔下去的感觉……真的好幸苦没睡好,投诉告知床就是这样的!没办法,那个态度……真让我感到非常不舒服。办法都没想就这……???为什么选择星级酒店我就是要服务态度好,能好好睡个觉!!!
我们一共入住了2次,一共5天时间都是这个酒店。还是床的问题,最后也是没有解决到!睡不好,展会工作期间都没有精神……真的太头疼的,本来倒时差就辛苦……环境个个设施都很好,就是卫生……每次打扫都没有新拖鞋给我们……咖啡也没有……楼下餐厅烤牛肉挺好吃的,推荐。
入住这家酒店简直是一场享受,从踏入大堂的那一刻起就被精致装潢和热情服务打动,房间整洁明亮,窗外景色宜人,每个细节都彰显着品质与用心。
房间干净整洁,比较现代。浴室很大。早餐丰富选择多。员工服务热情,给我们升级了套房。酒店交通方便,到市中心不远
体验感很好的酒店!外景也很美,还带了泳池,早餐的花样也非常多!就是地点略偏,如果租车或者自带车,也是很方便的!服务人员也很负责,推荐~
挺好的,就是连续入住第二天的一次性牙刷需要问酒店要,不会在打到时候补充,然后就是浴室下水速度不够,可能造成堵塞,导致外面地板也都是水。
其他都挺好,代客泊车服务很周到,早餐也还行,其他设施都符合一个五星酒店定位。
