On the plus side, employees are uniformly friendly and helpful -- from the receptionists to the bartender. A minor maintenance issue was resolved promptly and with a smile. The room is good sized; the TVs are large, and the bed is acceptable in comfort. Hotel is quiet (no road noise). The USNA stadium is within walking distance. One big negative. . . if you have a car, it's $30 per day for self parking in an open lot. No valet. Not covered. Not even well lit. There are insufficient spaces, so some cars had to park on the side of the road! (side road, not main road). It's not acceptable or safe. If you don't have a car, you'll need Uber/Lyft as the hotel is not (safe) walking distance from restaurants or stores. When I arrived in my room, there was a large sign in front of the TV essentially asking me to tip for housekeeping. That might be okay if there was any housekeeping during my stay, but there wasn't. Not sure how often it's done, but not daily. You shouldn't have to tip for a clean room when you check in. Finally, there's no place to put your suitcase other than the bed or sofa (unsanitary to have dirty wheels on those) or the floor. I was told you can request a luggage rack, but you shouldn't have to. It's surprising that a brand new hotel didn't build a "rack" into the furnishings (as do most Residences). Overall, the hotel is a good addition to Annapolis. It's clean, comfortable and in a good location. But I couldn't escape the feeling of being "nickel and dimed."

I was only in my room for 6 hours. My room wasnt ready on time and had to get ready for a wedding in the lobby and parking lot. Returned at 11pm and left at 5am. Payed $450 for 6 hours of usage. The hotel staff was rude to me when i was upset my room wasnt ready in time. room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in time. they did nothing to helpt he situation. Inexcusable

It was ok, not great. Very new but felt bare and not very welcoming. The hallways to the rooms were very dirty, things were all over the floor. You have to pay $30 a day for parking (you have to pay for parking everywhere in Annapolis but I wasn't expecting to pay so much). Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay but maybe this is just something hotels only do when you check out now. Overall very average, nothing exceptional about this hotel at all.

Spent just a night, but the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was incredibly quiet. Room darkening shades were perfect. It's a fair walk into town, but Uber made it quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

The problem was with *******. I show up to hotel & they say ******* over booked. I now have no where to stay. Hotel says ******* should have sent you another Hotel to go to. Received no info from *******. Called & called & could not get a hold of anyone. Last time I ever use *******

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean Breakfast was good. My only complaint was we stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. The beds were never made. Overall was a good stay.

Just spent the weekend in Annapolis and stayed here for the night. Very clean hotel and close to the stadium. We had a studio king which was cozy and large enough for the wife and I. Nice little bar with $3 beers. Didn't get to try their breakfast. Uber/Lyft into town. Kairene at the front desk was awesome. We'll definitely be back.
