This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while. I was there more than one night, and the menu actually changed between stays. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the entire hotel looked very nice. The only downside I can mention is their pool is currently being remodeled, and they don’t have a hot tub.

Every time we've stayed our room has exceeded expectations for comfort and amenities. Great value for our travel accommodations, and goodness, so much to do and see!

The hotel is very clean and not worn out. Our special request on the reservation was honored. The breakfast was pleasant. There's a view of the mountains from the lobby.

The stay over all was good, disappointed that the room was extremely dusty… But they got that cleaned up fast. The pool was not available unfortunately and the fire pit was also not working. The room was spacious and comfortable. Well supplied as well. Would definitely stay again.

入住时，服务员态度很差。冰箱质量很差。制冰机坏了。我们问哪里可以取冰，被告知“在你的房间里，冰箱里”。电梯两次坏了，当时里面还有人，所以报了火警。我们拖着行李从四楼爬楼梯上去。最后，退房日期过后，信用卡公司才收到账单。打电话过去，他们说是食品杂货费。不是我们。我们被告知下周再打电话过来处理。预订前请三思！
我们选择这家酒店是因为它有厨房和儿童泳池。我们到达后，换上泳衣，走到泳池边，发现泳池接下来几年都在施工！我告诉前台，我们不知道这件事，前台说网站上有。我回去搜索了整个网站，却没有任何地方说泳池坏了！最后我们退房去了另一家酒店。我还在等退款呢！
我在这家酒店住过很多次，每次都感觉很好，直到这次。有人在雪地上写了些令人反感的东西。我问前台经理能不能派人去把雪铲掉。一个多小时后，我干脆自己出去铲了。我正在计划下次旅行，决定不再住在Staybridge酒店了。
