酒店回复: We do our best to accommodate all guests. I checked in the guest in question. Very late, I might add. We do NOT pre-make the sleeper sofa. All the guest had to do was call and ask for bedding. There was no call. As there was no call regarding issues with hot water. Guest never made any attempt to raise any issues. As for breakfast, we had a full house. We attempted to offer a quality breakfast offering for all guests. If the guest was not satisfied, then I am sorry and hope he is able to find a better experience elsewhere in the future.
Joel checked us in, and he was fabulous. Very personable and professional. Our room was spacious and tidy. The only complaint was the noise from the top floor as well as from the highway. Otherwise, everything was terrific. We'd stay here again.

Beds were comfortable but we never received housekeeping services even though we were there four nights. Asked if they could empty trash and replace towels. Never happened even when we were told we would get it after three days. Had to go to front desk and get toilet paper and towels.
酒店因为克莱姆森大学的比赛以及协助飓风“海伦”灾后重建的高空作业车操作员入住，所以完全住满了。我们住的是最后一间空房。我们房间走廊尽头的水管爆裂了，导致我们浴室的地板是湿的。虽然他们无法给我们换房间，但前台接待员亲自来把房间拖干净了。他们确实提出要帮我们换到第二晚的房间，但后来没必要了。我们遇到的两位前台工作人员都非常棒——乐于助人又友好。每次互动时，他们都会花时间了解我们并和我们聊天。如果我的孩子将来去了克莱姆森大学读书，我们一定会经常住在这里。

这家酒店就在州际公路旁，长途旅行中住一晚很方便。然而，我们这次的入住体验并不愉快。浴室的地板清洁得不太好，我看到柜台和马桶之间的地板上沾满了红色污渍。虽然标准退房时间是第二天上午11点，而且我们门口也挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子，但一位女工作人员却无视牌子，在9:35左右不停地敲我们的门，想把我们吵醒。我以为是隔壁的，所以没开门；几分钟后，她又回来了，不停地敲我们的门！！我们打开门问有什么急事，因为“请勿打扰”的牌子就在外面，她告诉我们“我只是想知道你们退房了吗”。我们带着孩子开了一整天的车，半夜才入住，第二天还要开一整天的车。这位工作人员的行为令人无法接受。我认为专业的做法是先询问前台同事，或者至少等到退房时间之后。

沙发/床都拉出来了——拉出来了，床都没整理。房间里没有床单和枕头……淋浴——没有热水！！！拜托，真的吗？？？。
9点吃早餐——培根没了，鸡蛋也没了——真的吗？
我们第一次入住的二楼房间很棒，但第二次入住时，我们入住的房间却长满了霉菌，地毯湿透了，散发着难闻的气味。后来我们换到了另一间空调上长了霉菌的房间，浴室也不干净，我们本来希望第二天能打扫干净，但没有人来打扫。
浪费时间，打扰了。不用了，谢谢。
开车去这家酒店还有一个小时，接到电话说他们已经订满了。我试图要求换一种房型，但只被一位女士打来电话，然后让我自己找出他们的错误并获得退款。我真的很不满意在高速公路边等了一个小时，从打电话给我到找到另一家酒店，最后还在努力获得退款。
