Just one day before arrive the hotel wrote us on Whatsup that they found bed bugs and we should have search for another hotel. But they did not communicate with us on Booking site, and they did not cancel our booking. They are cheaters and very incorrect. Avoid them.

The accommodation is very much like a house style and is within good reach to local amenities. We’ve arranged transfer by the apartment upon our request however had to wait some time before getting to our accommodation. Continental breakfast was served on the root top every morning and was nothing new or different - we asked for eggs and if juice had been provided would have been nice. Dinner was enjoyable every night as it was something different menu every night. Although the place was kept tidy and clean - we’d have to ask for housekeeping and bed linens were not changed etc no windows in the bedrooms! It’s ideal to haggle with transport and shopping as you’d get ripped off otherwise the locals are friendly. It’s safe to travel around antisocial hours without knowing you’d be attacked or harmed. We loved our stay apart from the extreme heat during the day going out. You’d feel the need to shower in cold water numerous times during the day to stay cool. Customer service was all good as they advised us what to do, not to do and how to avoid scammers while getting around. Throughout the whole stay - everything was going well until the last day we were let down and upset how we’ve been treated. Only disappointment was in terms of our ongoing communication with the team - they failed to remind us of our check out times despite them knowing our departure times that was in the evening. They refuted to offer any help as hiring the room an extra night or we could have looked elsewhere for the few hours remaining prior to departure etc. This lead to stress and hurry leaving the apartment with my family who we have young children. Manager named Younes could have dealt with it better in terms of resolving this matter however he stayed away and got his Co worker Yousef to see to us which he was no helpful but kept apologising. I said to him that they’d need to improve their communication skills with effective response to maintain high standards to tourist remaining satisfied. Please be aware of your check out times collide coincidentally with your departure otherwise be sure to make arrangements with the apartment as they don’t accept booking for few hours hence make alternative arrangements elsewhere to avoid disruption and inconvenience to your trip. We obviously won’t be returning back to this apartment as they didn’t offer any alternative or solution to help us or sincerely apologise. One last note, please wait until the very near end of your stay if you feel the team deserve a tip from you give it then and to the ones who sincerely deserve it not before as the good service can go from high to low from any team members.

结构很糟糕,与我们预订时预订的照片不符。我们到得很晚,他们给了我们一间没有窗户的公寓,我们同意睡一晚,但取消了预订,但要支付罚款,而 10 分钟前他们还说不会让我们多付钱。
