Nice room with Refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, but mattress was too soft, and toilet sometimes did not refill the tank after a flush. Also, VERY limited disabled person parking.
(my secret wish: no noisy kids in the breakfast area).

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, safe area free EV charging station. Friendly and courteous staff. The issue was the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well at all and had to be up early. If we didn’t check in so late I would have asked for a different room.

Rooms very tidy and comfortable. Front desk staff not so warm and friendly and there was no acknowledgment of being a “gold” member of Hilton and I had to ask for bottled water. Also, young 12-year old girls running up and down the halls and slamming doors at 11pm is not only terribly rude but staff should’ve been on top of this situation and endorsed quiet time policy at 10pm

We’ve stayed here during at least two other visits. This time, we were annoyed to have to call down to get bedding for our kids to use the pullout sofa. And we were very thankful to have earplugs to blockout the loud freeway noise in room 406. The staff was helpful, the full kitchen is handy, the included breakfast was plentiful, and the location is convenient. We’ve liked it better before, but will probably return when we’re visiting family again.

太糟糕了，千万别去。酒店正在施工，客人却要承受由此带来的后果，Homewood Suites对此不负任何责任。千万别去。
非常高效且反应迅速。对疑问和要求回复得非常及时和周到。

至少在我们分配的房间里，床非常不舒服，而且很旧，因为床会完全陷下去。最初的位置是在市中心。
