Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Writing this review to warn people with out experience. I travelled with 4 senile citizens and all of us got the worst food poisoning ever after eating here. We are all still recovering and struggled very hard with health due to it. We did complain on checking out but they said nothing. Also the bathrooms in the hotels were very dirty, had molds or something black in alll the corners.

Decent place, the hygiene could be vastly improved but the staff are very very responsive and helpful.

While we had a good stay at the hotel with good food and room services, Mr. Abhishek the front office manager cheated us. Since we had booked three rooms and were only 5 pax, we were offered to surrender one room and were promised a refund of Ra.5500. Despite following up for more than 100 times they have refunded the promised amount. Mr. Dubey supposed to be the MD doesn’t come on call. Please be careful with the staff, they can end up cheating you all as they have cheated us.

Ayodhya visit stay at Hotel Narayana
The stay was great as the room was big with a well furnished set up, bathroom and anteroom for keeping your stuff. The hotel has a restaurant that serves great food. Breakfast is a good spread and room service is also available.
The location is good as it is half hour away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Ram Mandir.
The staff is very attentive, helpful and caring and guide you on your plans regarding visits to the temple and other sights in and around Ayodhya.
Overall had a great stay at the hotel and am going to recommend to my friends and family as well!
