模块式住房，晚上的时候看会有点死气沉沉，不过白天还是挺可爱的。
位置不好不坏，附近有河流和第一高楼，但是稍显偏远/荒无人烟，离公共交通有些距离。
前台距离入口很远，要找一通，不过服务态度很好~下载软件就能用电子钥匙开锁，方便快捷！
入住的是四人间，房间有好有坏。好处是宽敞，浴室舒服，给的沐浴露特别高级！厨具一应俱全，毛巾柔软，家居也都很温馨。
坏处是刚入住有些味道比较刺鼻需要开窗通风，隔音不太好，指楼层间和浴室同外面。床铺设置在二层不过二层很矮容易磕头……
但总的来说价格合理，同时是不错的新奇体验，可以说是不错的选择~
这是一个很棒的地方，预制建筑的概念很有趣。酒店区域就在码头边，历史气息浓厚。工作人员很友善也很乐于助人。

房间舒适干净。客厅配有餐桌，方便享用早餐/晚餐。厨房设施齐全。浴室宽敞。床是阁楼式的（但天花板较低）。无线网络、电视和Netflix信号都很好。
距离地铁站很近（400米）。距离市中心也很近，大约5米。
