Breakfast was good.room service was good but hot water supply in morning only and no sleepers/ chappal in the room as it's a cold place. Bed size is small as written King size but for one couple and one child of 5-6yrs is not sufficient.

We came from Bangalore to ooty for the first time and we had a very nice experience . Staff members supported us a lot. Staff members gave information about the places to visit and booked cab and van to visit the places.Thank so much for the support and guidance.

As the name suggest it is a luxury hotel but considering a single service guy who is serving at each and every floor, it's difficult for him to provide all the amenities and other articles on time. Hotel- 01, Service -00

Staff was incredibly supportive and friendly. They assist us and provide valuable suggestions throughout our trip. Also they have room service available, and you can pay and ask for deliverables from outside, like fruits and Tea.

Good stay, Well maintained and clean rooms, Breakfast quality was good, View from the Balcony was amazing, Staff were friendly and helpful, it is located very close to the town and it becomes easy to get to All the Main Attractions. Value for money, Overall Satisfied
