Mediocre hotel and facilities. Rates were exhorbitant given the overall quality of the offering. Rooms have been upgraded but no fridge (reason given by management: "fridges in rooms attracts cockraches"). The carpets along staircases, passages, bedrooms were visibly encrusted with filth. The TV had 4 channels, resolution exceptionally poor quality. Breakfasts were nice. Surrounding "esplanade" genuinely unsafe, dilipidated and dirty. Rooms do however overlook the ocean.
