I had one of the worst experiences with this property. Despite showing my booking receipt, the staff initially refused to allot the room. They were completely uninterested in helping and kept blaming OYO and me because I had received a discount on the booking. The staff and management were extremely rude and uncooperative. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay — the worst experience I’ve had with OYO so far.
