Good on the outside not so much on the inside
Hotel looks great from the outside but not so much on the inside especially when you get to your room it look like somebody had a hair coloring party in the bathroom the countertops are all stained with red and white what appears to be hair dye there is what I hope is melted wax all over the nightstands and counters in the kitchenette and in the bathroom and there is a slight smell of urine close to the bathroom kind of nasty

—The check-in process took 30 minutes, why?
—The ice makers on floors 2, 3, and 4 did not work. No ice available.
—In a room overlooking the parking lot with bright flood lights, there were no shades or drapes to block the light.

My stay here was very inconvenient, when checking in the clerk charged my card 3x for 1 room and was told that there was nothing they could do until the payment posted which was very inconvenient. One of the beds in the room was broken. The hotel comes with free shuttle to and from the airport and to the mall however upon checkout almost missed my flight due to requesting a shuttle and an hour went by with no response. Overall my daughter enjoyed her birthday weekend , but I will never stay at this hotel again!

Not the best. Blankets had an odour I couldn’t get used to. Was on the Mainstay side. Older part I assume.

Rooms need a upgrade. Staff was great but it was the dirtiest hotel we stayes at in our 2 weeks across the States.
