We had a wonderful time, and we appreciate the effort put in by your team to make our event a success. We would like to specifically commend a few individuals who provided exceptional service: Souchintya Sinha Roy, who handled the booking, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the planning process. Head Chef Jahangir deserves special mention for the outstanding food. The menu was superb, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience. Kalyan and the service team he led provided impeccable service on the day of the event. Their attentiveness and promptness were noted and highly appreciated. We visited Lake View Lounge at Taal Kutir for a simple coffee outing, but it turned into a truly memorable experience. Initially, we had planned to order just coffee. However, the staff suggested we try their Hi-Tea menu, and we’re so glad we took their recommendation. The selection was amazing — beautifully presented, delicious, and perfectly curated to complement the perfectly crafted tea and coffee. What truly elevated the entire experience was the breathtaking view of the huge lake right from our seating area with personalized experience. The ambiance, the view, the quality of food, and the overall experience make this, in my opinion, the best coffee place in the city. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet premium experience.
