Close to everything uptown. Clean and comfortable room. Made to order breakfast available. They have standard breakfast rolls, fruit, juice and coffee. Staff were all friendly. We will stay there again.

Great experience! Was in town for the Charlotte Marathon. Perfect location! Rooms are very nice and clean. HUGE walk in shower!

I did not have soap, body wash, or even hand soap the entire stay. Friendly staff for the most part but a lot of corners cut overall

Excellent service from the manager Kam at check-in on 11/8 and a guest service rep (I think Gregory) at check-out on 11/11, then again from Kam when I had trouble finding parking one evening. (Parking is on floors 3-4 of the deck; pull a ticket and validate it at the front desk.) Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful including the grounds maintenance young man; the grounds were clean; I felt very comfortable walking solo in the area as a woman; and the uptown sights such as museums were within an easy 10-ish minute walk away (and NASCAR is right across the street). Whole Foods is basically next door and came in clutch, too. (There are also a lot of dining options along the Rail Trail/S. Tryon.) Great area to be in. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again during my next visit.

The whole thing was a jumbled mess. From my husband not being able to get a room key to the parking being on the 9th floor and needing several ppl to help you access it… I will never be staying here again

This place is amazing!!! Very clean, very nice staff, bar was cool.. only thing that was a struggle was parking. You gotta go to floor 3-4, fyi
