The staff working, the complementary breakfast was especially helpful, cheerful, and proficient at keeping the area clean, restocking the food and service utensils. This was our second visit and will be back again.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent King Studio with fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast very good. Rooms are attractive and feature innovative layout. Location is excellent for nearby restaurants and Old Town access. Plan to stay here again. One of our all time favorites

Ditch the strong air fresheners
When we arrived in our room it wreaked of an overwhelming air freshener odor. I have never smelled anything so strong. It was nauseating. The windows don't open and the fan would not stay on, so it was hot and VERY stuffy all night. Poor night sleep. You need to have some way of getting fresh air in, because the windows do not open. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, but the maid knocked anyway.

Great hotel, couch is rock hard.
Everything was near perfect, except the couch was horrible and rock hard. Seems minor if you don't need it, think twice if you're picking a room because if it.
Newer hotel, great location with many food options a short walk away.
