This stay is one of those mixed reviews I had upgraded and paid for the unique stay package and let me just say the unique stay check In Was possibly the worst check in I have had in years. We waited longer to be seen that the regular line then the regular line were offered refreshments …we were not, the app did not work the first 48 hours the reception and check in staff did not care I had to book everything vi reception and when I turned up we were not booked. Now the good great hotel great location the staff (outside the reception staff) were amazing. I did leave a review with the manager hear nothing back no issue staying here again but think twice before you upgrade to unique might not be worth it.

Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!

The hotel is beautiful and incredible well maintained.
The main bar with its view is stunning.
However, the level of service and standard has dropped tremendously. We have stayed here many times before. The staff is stressed out, you have to wait for half an hour to get your drinks in the evening, at breakfast you also have to wait a long time. It used to live up to five star, but not anymore. This might be our last time staying at the hotel. The prices for room, food and drinks has increased and the service decreased.
