The breakfast was very lacking and not a very good choice of items. The egg omelet was not very good, the sausage was dry and no taste. The pancake machine was broken. The juice choices were not good.

The staff were very friendly and supportive and the rooms were very clean and up to date and modern as well.

Only bad thing was there was no bacon,pancakes machine was broken,orange juice machine was broken, and trash was never thrown in breakfast area, just piled up next to hole in trash can by breakfast area

Had room service come into the room on day 2, my rating may have been slightly higher. I asked the front desk about it and they told me it’s every other day. The problem is they didn’t tell me that at check in. Lastly, at check in, the clerk tells me to give him a moment because it’s the changing of the guards. He then answers the phone and takes a very lengthy customer call. So I ask, who takes presence customer who has already been waiting at the front desk or a customer call? It was also 10:30pm. So I asked the other agent could she help me and she told me she was helping someone else with a key situation. I guess she realized at that point, that issue could wait since the client was in their room. She was super friendly and I appreciate her stopping what she did to help me, but I believe she was rushing and didn’t disclose all pertinent accommodation details.
The hotel is very clean and seems pretty new. The service is average.
I love that they have free breakfast. That was super convenient.

They were out of so many things. Very frustrating.
