重要的事情说三遍，没有热水，没有热水，没有热水。我们当时去的时候很累，打算第二天早上洗漱，结果发现没有热水，等了很长时间水都是凉的，甚至热水的挡比凉水的挡还要凉，但是我们赶时间所以没办法再去和酒店交涉，并且被子里有没有打扫干净的头发，房间里没有垃圾桶并且很冷，开了很久的暖气才能温暖一些。不满意！早餐也不好吃。
