Horrible experience 👎🫣Dont stay at this hotel It is a very bad hotel and Service, Don't have any professional approach from the hotel management and staff I booked for one night and I paid the price online I went to check in by 7 pm and they mentioned the hotel was fully booked and your reservation was canceled, I have already a confirmation number they don't care I am also from the hotel industry field and I did not see any hospitality will do like this I am with my family and I left with my luggage and around the place for rooms and they charged my cancel. fee also

前台几乎早上找不到人， 也不要去找、找了也没用，这个酒店的服务理念是 爱住不住。
