Easy in and out, rooms were clean. I thought the beds were better than most. A lot of convenient shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

It was in a great location, the staff was all very friendly, the bistro breakfast was delicious. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower was very different, it had no door, the shampoo and conditioner were watered down and the water was getting out of the shower the whole time. Other then the bed and shower, it was a great experience between staff, food, and cleanliness

I would have given this five stars on everything except really pushed their rewards program. It got weird. They kept saying that if I was a part of their rewards program then they would put our rooms close together (which they of course did anyway )or if I was part of the road program I could get better service. It would have been one thing to offer at once and leave it at that but they did not leave it alone
