Rooms are basic, kind of dark. It's clean and quiet and the owners are super nice and helpful. There is a shared kitchen area. Great pool. But if you don't have a car or golf cart, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

Basic stay, more of a motel/hostel vibe than lodge/hotel. Pool was mostly used for outside lessons so time allowed in was limited and with our room next door this was noisy early in the morning. Fridge & a/c worked well, limited bedding, lumpy pillows. More of a budget stay being off the main streets of Tamarindo, but easy parking!

We had a great stay here! The owners were super friendly and helpful! We also liked the location being that it is just far enough from downtown Tamarindo to walk but also be a quiet nice place to relax after a day/night out.

This place is on the edge of a lot of undeveloped land but is close to the town/beach. The owner is European and multilingual. There's kitchen, which I wasn't expecting. A great stay!
