I booked a stay through Rivido Hotels via Goibibo, relying on their advertised free cancellation and date-change policies. Despite following all the proper procedures and sending multiple emails—including reminders on 29th November—the hotel ignored my requests and went ahead to charge the full amount. Even after providing proof of the date-change request and sharing screenshots confirming communication, Rivido has refused to honor the refund. The hotel also demanded additional money, contrary to the policy I was promised. Attempts to get clarity from Goibibo were met with incorrect information and repeated delays. This experience reflects a serious lack of adherence to advertised policies, poor communication, and mismanagement. If you are considering booking through Rivido Hotels, be aware that policy promises may not be honored, and resolution can be extremely difficult.

Our stay at Nest by Rivido Apart Hotel, Bangalore, was truly pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. What impressed us the most was the excellent and timely service provided by the staff. A special mention to the Manager, Mr. Neeraj, whose professionalism, friendliness, and prompt assistance made our stay even better. He ensured that all our needs were taken care of with efficiency and a warm smile, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, the hospitality and service standards here are commendable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend Nest by Rivido Hotels to anyone visiting Bangalore.
