Great hotel with complimentary shuttle from hotel to airport. Question is: 1) Lack of online info for shuttle from Airport to Hotel. You have such great product - why stinge on final info on your shuttle. It is important to transit passengers like us. It makes a huge difference. 2) Upon checking out from my hotel room, reception lady kept insisted that i took/ate chocolate from my room. I made known to her 1st time that i didn't take any chocolate but she stopped our hotel shuttle to airport and insisted that we come out from shuttle to clarify the situation. 1st : my dad is diabetic and i was trained since young never to take sweet things. Why would i take the hotel chocolate? 2nd: why bother filling in your mini bar if you don't trust your customers? That small experience itself was a bummer and I recommend that you check with your housekeeping team instead of blaming on legit customers like us.

房间价格贵 配置一般 在非洲总体环境算不错的!就是奔着好评来的想着贵就贵一点,结果客房服务这一块真是一言难尽 开始定了一天的房间 觉得离机场比较近又预定了一天 好家伙 ,让客房服务员来打扫卫生 恩是从早上喊到了晚上 一共喊了四五遍 ,最后都到晚上了亲自下去前台直接发火了,才来了服务员象征性的整理了一下床铺,收了一下垃圾桶,房间的水依然一瓶不放,英文不好的真不建议住这个酒店,非常非常差的体验感……强烈不推荐
如果您在内罗毕因为航班时间不合适,需要找一家机场附近的酒店,这会是您的最佳选择。酒店距离机场大约5分钟路程,非常近,而且还提供穿梭巴士服务。我在这里住了两天,房间、餐饮、设施和服务都几乎无可挑剔(老实说,更像是4.5星级而不是5星)。作为中转酒店,我强烈推荐。不过,酒店离市区较远,所以不方便进行市区观光。
酒店本应提供免费机场接送服务,我们入住时,根据电子告示牌上的显示,我们告知前台我们需要早上4点半的班次。但前台告诉我们告示牌上的时间并未更新。免费接送服务每小时一班,即只有4点或5点。我们选择了4点。
第二天早上,我们去前台时,当班经理却说没有我们的预订。同时,他们又告知我们免费接送服务只在特定时间提供。他们给我们看了更新后的告示。我们别无选择,只能付费前往机场。
这对我们这些客人来说很不公平,酒店没有告知我们这些变更,而且班次和价格一夜之间就变了。

此次在肯尼亚的旅程中,接连发生的意外本让我们焦虑万分,是贵酒店的专业、热忱与细致,让我们最终收获了满满的温暖与安心。
先是护照不慎遗失,在我们手足无措之际,贵酒店立刻安排工作人员赶往机场,几经周折从坦桑尼亚把护照追回,那份不放弃的耐心与高效,让我们深深感动。未曾想不久后电脑又意外丢失,酒店团队再次积极协助寻找,最终失而复得,这份远超期待的负责,更让我们倍感踏实。
更想特别提及的是,贵酒店不仅环境优美干净,处处透着整洁与雅致,连早餐都藏着惊喜——那碗地道的中国牛肉面,在异国他乡尝到熟悉的味道,瞬间消解了旅途的疲惫,让我们感受到了贴心的关怀。

卫生:干净,房间大
设施:设施齐全,洗漱用品,拖鞋,烧水壶一应俱全,插头是通用的,不需要转换器
环境:环境漂亮
服务:服务好,还有免费的接送机(我是写邮件预约的,要提供航班号),早餐丰富,还有很多中式料理,比如兰州拉面,虽然不正宗但有比没有好。点了杯拿铁非常醇厚,好喝。
房间不错,价格一般。就是周围餐厅没有,从机场到酒店,需要拐个大弯。叫车也比较方便,有去机场的大巴,但是是班车。
我最近在内罗毕机场附近的阿盖尔大酒店短暂停留中转,总体而言,我发现这是一家设计精良、热情好客的酒店。从我们踏入酒店的那一刻起,宏伟挑高的大堂就给我留下了深刻的第一印象。这个空间既优雅又充满活力,里面还有一个热闹的咖啡馆,为酒店增添了生机勃勃的氛围。尽管我们逗留的时间很短,没能完全探索酒店的所有设施,但有几个关键的观察点让我印象深刻:

我们尝试点了一杯果汁,结果对其价格感到相当惊讶。工作人员告诉我们,一杯果汁的价格是900肯尼亚先令,另外还要收取1000肯尼亚先令的送餐服务费——这比商品本身的价格还要高。

我预订这家酒店是为了赶第二天一早的飞机,只住了短短6个小时(价格有点贵)。我是在晚上11点45分办理入住的,冲了个澡,泡了杯免费的茶后,就睡了五个半小时。总的来说,睡得还不错,也挺安全的。但是,在我早上5点45分退房的时候,这次住宿体验被破坏了。酒店员工声称我吃了一块房间里的巧克力,但我根本没吃。我解释说我不可能吃,因为我入住的时候已经很晚了,几乎马上就要睡觉了。我当时已经上了去机场的班车,结果又被叫回柜台解释巧克力的事情。我再次坚决否认,并让他们检查房间垃圾桶里是否有巧克力的包装纸作为证据,我还主动提出让他们检查我的包,尤其是我午夜之后根本没离开过房间。既然我已经为这昂贵的6小时住宿付了钱,如果我真的吃了,我也不会介意付一块巧克力的钱。
