what don’t like the put my reservation on somebody name and the frond desk think I have stolen the identity from another person I was mad I like the hotel but customer service I don’t like

The bed was super comfy! It was very clean. Breakfast was tasty. We were met by a friendly person at the desk. I would stay here again!

This hotel was clean and neat. The check in and out was easy and the staff were all very nice and polite. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we could want. Even the sofa bed was comfortable! I would definitely stay here every time we come to Ft. Wayne.

房间安静、舒适又干净。我很喜欢健身房。我们住了两晚。直到退房那天，房间外走廊里的垃圾桶都满了。周六的早餐种类很少，冰箱里只有一盒牛奶，也没有培根和鸡蛋。周日的早餐好多了，饼干很好吃！
房间宽敞，员工友善，大堂干净整洁。浴室里的洗手池对于两个人来说有点小，但浴室本身空间很大。
