Staff was nice & courteous.
Room cleanliness left a little to be desired - hair on the floor and in the shower as well as toothpaste in sink (all not mine).
The conditioner canister (wall pump) was empty.

这家酒店非常干净，房间也很大，沙发床也很容易就能铺好。然而，床垫太硬了，我儿子睡得腰都疼了。相比之下，汉普顿和假日酒店的沙发床要软一些。酒店提供免费早餐，虽然我订的是不含早餐的房间，但还是能吃到。

房间本可以更干净一些——吸尘不彻底，淋浴间的角落里有粉红色的霉斑，浴室瓷砖缝隙的部分地方也没洗干净。停车场里到处都是烟头，影响了酒店的形象。床看起来很干净，但闻起来却不干净。
房间安静、舒适又干净。我很喜欢健身房。我们住了两晚。直到退房那天，房间外走廊里的垃圾桶都满了。周六的早餐种类很少，冰箱里只有一盒牛奶，也没有培根和鸡蛋。周日的早餐好多了，饼干很好吃！
房间宽敞，员工友善，大堂干净整洁。浴室里的洗手池对于两个人来说有点小，但浴室本身空间很大。
