瑧品之选酒店是我花了几个月做攻略选的酒店,酒店位置就在伊斯坦布尔塔克西姆广场边上,交通便利。酒店设施齐全,环境很好,尤其服务很到位,早餐也很丰富,专门有一部分热菜客人是现点现做,每天晚上吃完饭到塔克西姆广场散步,看着广场上人来人往,通往独立大街的方向热闹和繁华,伊斯坦布尔的城市特色给我留下了深刻印象。
酒店整体很新,房间环境还算过得去,位置也可以,出行方便。
但说实话,它并没有大部分五星酒店应有的服务和配套,更像是高级一点的亚朵。以我的体验,800元以下可以接受,800以上建议再看看别处。
最想吐槽的是服务,尤其是12月23日上午前台的接待人员,体验非常差。退房后我提出寄存行李,前台给了我一张牌后完全不管行李,行李就一直放在大厅原地,她转头就去接待其他客人、办理入住。期间她还多次离开前台去旁边小房间拿东西,行李一直无人看管——如果丢了算谁的?
更离谱的是:后来门厅行李员回来了,就站在旁边一段时间,她也没有任何交代、也没有让行李员把我们的行李收进去。我一直只能自己盯着行李,想说那等她忙完这个客人,帮我们收起来也行。但是我就看着她完别的客人后,就开始低头做自己的事,完全没有要收行李的意思。没办法,我就去问她能不能把行李收起来,她跟我说“行李员不在,等他回来了我会让他收的,ok?”态度也很不友好。实际上我们就两个登机箱,并不是什么难搬的大件。
首先,她难道不应该按顺序处理顾客的事情吗?我们让寄存行李,她不管不顾的先去处理别的事,中间几次离开了前台进去旁边的小房间拿东西,如果行李丢了呢?
其次,就算她没有时间把行李收进去,或者她认为那不是她的工作,好歹把行李收到她们前台后面,保证行李的安全吧。
第三,即使行李员在的时候,就站在边上,站了好久,她也没有让人把行李收进去。最后提醒才说,需要等行李员来拿???那前面他在的时候你怎么不说?
可以说整个流程既不专业,也不礼貌。工作人员很少,服务态度我遇到的都只能说一般,最后早上的这个是其差的。我大概1300元/晚的价格完全不值,这个价位我看了一下,应该可以有更好的选择,供大家参考。

这家酒店难以点评!
之前选了很久选中的,看中的是万豪背书和location,位置确实不错,其他的就一言难尽了。
房间确实是小,但这没什么。
本来用积分换了提前4小时checkin,结果早晨到后说满房要到15点。之后就改了计划先去新皇宫了,同时问了携程客服,回复说退换积分,并且补偿积分。此时12点半,说有房了,回去给了间临街的房。没想到晚上的杀伤力如此之大。第二天跟前台反映,换了0层,没想到是disable的房型,洗澡后水漫金山。
虽如此,但服务人员还是尽力解决。
早餐选择真的少。
所以才说难以评价。不过之后再来的话,不会入住了。
非常舒适,早餐非常丰盛,每天一杯热现磨拿铁出门,房间不大但是装修精致,床品舒适,主动预先免费给我们儿童加了个小床好评。位置离开机场大巴比较近,但交通离开老欧洲神索菲亚什么不是很方便,公交需要45分钟左右,可以到e码头坐46回来,或者t1转f几一个地下缆车回来,没有回来的直达轨道交通。但可以步行去新皇宫15分钟,独立大街10分钟,总体非常推荐,又新又舒适,早饭屋顶都是猫
房间不错,但是单层玻璃隔音不够好;房间大小合适,床品也还可以;旁边有中国餐上海饭店,菜品也可以;据说穿过公园有机场大巴但我们没找到;走去独立大家很近;挺不错。
酒店不算大 但是装修非常精致 设施也很先进 住起来很舒服很舒服 酒店距离地铁站公交站都很近 10分钟以内的步行路程 工作人员也都很热情 就是早餐品类有点少 中国人可能不太吃得惯
非常棒的酒店,🆓升级了博斯布鲁斯海景房,方便出行,离机场大巴很近,过了马路就是塔克西姆公园,很多猫咪,小朋友很开心!酒店服务真的太好了!中东人真的好热情,如果下次再去还会预定这一家的。
这家酒店入住不收押金,mini bar是免费的,有挺多中国人入住。入住时升级了一间博斯普鲁斯海峡的景观房,成了本次旅途的一大惊喜。酒店整体风格比较小巧,在一栋改造过的旧楼里,可能也是因为此原因,洗手盆的下水道有点反味。
对于住一晚来说是个不错的酒店。房间干净,景色优美。地铁就在旁边。洗浴用品很好,早餐也不错。
