Was a business and personal time trip. Hotel was very welcoming, clean, well equipped, staff very friendly and eager to please. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. Breakfast area was well organized, lots of selections and very clean. All in all a great two night stay.

Property was very clean and the beds were actually comfortable. Breakfast was hot, but bland. Pool area was clean, but could tell the hot tub needed to be cleaned ( it was not awful tho). Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly.

Green mill restaurant was poorly managed. Good service after an hour of waiting with a bigger group that wanted to be seated as soon as possible… not well managed.

We did talk with the restaurant team who explained that you are correct, it was a very busy evening when you walked in without a reservation. While waiting an hour is very unfortunate, expecting any busy restaurant to quickly make room for a basketball team isn't fair in our estimation, just like completing this review on a restaurant on our hotel website. Two different businesses and you gave us a poor rating for something we had no control over.We appreciate that you have choices when visiting our area and we are glad you selected our hotel. We truly are sorry that arrangements weren't made ahead of time to get you in and we would have been happy to offer some other local options, given the wait, had we been asked.Thank you for sharing your feedback.
