The property, condition, and services were all excellent. The value and location were all great. There was a lot of dust and delays from the construction across the street, however. You may want to check on that.

Did not use pool or laundry. Bar areas very nice but so expensive. Why can’t rooms be provided with water? Hydration station on 15th floor did not work. To buy a bottle of water on 5th floor it was $7! A cup of coffee in morning was over$5! Why can’t complimentary coffee be provided? Parking valet service was efficient but $55 per day?

Great hotel and staff. Very clean and nice pool. It is located to The Rainey District so expect some noise when you go outside but could not hear the noise inside. Overall a nice place and it is close to Town Lake trails.

Housekeeping was a bit iffy. We requested daily towels but had to call down to get them. In room coffee was not replenished. Overall the room was roomy and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and districts. Construction across the street was noisy. Bar and restaurants were out of numerous items.

Just all around wonderful. Although the constant music is overstimulating at times I didn’t mind it too much. Staff was lovely, tons of places within walking distance. Easy to get to and from for the Film Festival I was going to! I also think they have us a discount because of the construction? Just pure vibes.
